What Inrly is
Inrly is a private self-reflection tool. It helps you name what you are feeling, separate an old pattern from a present moment, and save a short record of that return. It is not a clinical product, not a substitute for professional care, and not designed to treat, diagnose, or advise on any condition.

Who can use Inrly
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will close it and delete associated data.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at hello@inrly.io immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and removes all saved moments, profile data, and preferences associated with your account.
What you can and cannot do
You may use Inrly for personal, non-commercial self-reflection. You may not:
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform
- Use the service to distribute spam, harmful content, or malware
- Misrepresent Inrly as a clinical, therapeutic, or professional service
- Violate any applicable law while using the service
Your content
The words you type into Inrly belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your saved moments, your entries, or your personal reflections. You grant us only the limited right to store and display that content back to you as part of the service.
We do not share, sell, or publish your content. Full details on how your data is handled are in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated responses
Inrly uses AI to shape in-app responses based on your inputs. These responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human. They are not professional advice of any kind. If a response feels wrong for your situation, you can disregard it.
AI responses are designed to be brief, grounding, and non-directive. They do not constitute a diagnosis, a recommendation, or a substitute for support from a qualified professional.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Inrly available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, or change features at any time. If we make a significant change that affects your data or how the service works, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Inrly after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account before it takes effect.
Limitation of liability
Inrly is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £10 (whichever is greater).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where the service is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
